The gig

This role is for someone who wants to become a Deli Manager. You'll learn the skills, product knowledge, and leadership it takes to run your own department one day. Until then, you're the person in charge when the manager isn't around.

What you'll actually do

• Make sure every guest gets polite, friendly service from the deli staff.
• Hit budgeted sales numbers, keep shrink in check, and protect profits.
• Keep inventory and supplies at the right level ; not too much, not too little.
