Wesley Woodlawn Hospital & ER needs a Case Manager RN (they're calling it a Nurse Navigator) in Wichita, KS. This isn't just another nursing role. You'd be the person who helps patients move through their care smoothly, making sure everything connects. What you'd actually do

You're the bridge between the patient and the healthcare system. You'll coordinate care, track progress, and make sure nobody falls through the cracks. Patients and families rely on you to explain what's happening and what comes next. You work closely with doctors, nurses, and other departments to keep things moving. No two days are exactly the same, and that's kind of the point.

What you need to bring

• A Bachelor's degree in nursing
• An active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification ; but you have 30 days from your start date to get it
• Zero years of prior experience required. You read that right: no experience needed.
• No travel required for this role

Schedule and location

This is based at Wesley Woodlawn Hospital & ER in Wichita, KS. It's a one story campus with door side parking, so you're not wandering through a labyrinth to get to work. The hospital has over 99 beds and specializes in emergency care, heart and vascular, oncology, women's health, spine care, robotic surgery, primary care, and orthopedics. You'll be right in the middle of it all.
