The Work

You're the primary nurse for your patients. That means you own their care from the moment they're admitted to when they leave your unit. You'll assess them thoroughly on admission and again every shift; catching changes early is a huge part of the job.

You'll carry out the provider's orders, run monitoring, and handle procedures. Everything you do gets documented clearly and promptly in their record. A big piece of this is medication administration: you give what's prescribed, watch how they respond, and act fast if something doesn't look right.

Your day is about responding to needs, but also anticipating them. You're the one explaining conditions, treatment plans, and medications to patients and their families in a way that actually makes sense. You translate the medical jargon so everyone's on the same page about what's happening and what comes next.

You collaborate with providers and the rest of the care team to make sure it's all personalized, compassionate, and follows our nursing model. And you advocate for your patients. Every single time.

What You Need to Have

• A Registered Nurse Diploma and an active RN license.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification; you've got 30 days from your start date to get this if you don't have it already.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification; same deal here, you have 90 days from your start date to obtain it.
