About This Role
What You'll Be Working On
The NISC IV program at Leidos is looking for a Full Stack Developer to build apps that actually scale and make sense. We're talking Power Apps, Appian, and solid data structures ; not just hacky fixes that break at 5:01.
You'll design and build applications using Power Apps and Appian. You'll work with other teams to gather requirements, build backend logic and APIs, and create data models that don't collapse under load. You'll implement data structures and algorithms to make things run faster. You'll integrate with other systems and enterprise databases. You'll write unit tests, participate in code reviews, and keep documentation clear. Basically, you'll build stuff right the first time.
What You Need to Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 8 to 12 years of experience. Or a Master's with 6 to 10 years.
- At least 3 years of full stack development under your belt.
- Real proficiency with Power Apps ; both Canvas and Model Driven apps.
- Experience developing workflows in Appian.
- A strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, SQL, and RESTful APIs.
- You're a solid problem solver who pays attention to the details that matter.
- You can obtain and maintain an FAA Public Trust clearance.
What Would Make You Stand Out
- An Appian Certified Developer or Microsoft Power Platform certification.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum.
- Knowledge of security best practices in app development.
