What you'll do as a Food Service Worker at GW Hospital
You'll help patients and customers get the meals they need. That means you'll prepare and serve food and menu items throughout the facility. It's not just about putting food on a tray though. You're also responsible for keeping your work and serving areas clean and up to sanitation standards. Every shift you're looking for ways to improve patient care through better food service. This is a hands on role where your attention to detail matters a lot.
