The Role
This is a Financial Controller position supporting the Premium side of the business here at Aramark in Washington, DC. You'll help operating departments with forecasting, budgets, labor and inventory controls, analysis, and auditing. There's also some hands on operational work tied to the accounts you support.
What You'll Do Day to Day
- Post supplier invoices daily across three operating systems
- Verify supplier invoices every day
- Work closely with Property Managers to get approvals
- Handle supplier invoice rejections
- Run supplier payment runs
- Process expense recharges to clients and tenants
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Manage property rates for clients
- Collaborate with clients on supplier payments that are their responsibility
- Write up new procedures as needed
- Keep logs so we're always following internal audit requirements
What You Need
- 2 to 3 years of minimum experience in this area
- Proven history working with supplier payments and invoice processing ; this is essential
- Experience doing supplier reconciliations
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Previous property experience helps, but it's not required
- You should be able to show good planning and organizational skills
Compensation
The salary for this position is $80,000.00. That's the flat rate Aramark expects to offer, and it's our good faith estimate as of the time of this posting.
