Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within Washington, DC is non negotiable.
• You need at least three years of experience in a hands on field role, with one year in a leadership capacity.
• The ability to read basic project plans and blueprints is essential.
• This isn't a desk job; you'll be on your feet outdoors most days, sometimes in varying weather conditions.
• A relevant trade certification or OSHA safety training is a significant plus.

Your office is your truck and the job site. You'll use a company phone and tablet for reporting, scheduling, and communication. Most days start early, coordinating with your crew before they hit the ground. You'll bounce between 2 3 sites daily in the Washington, DC area, so adaptability is part of the routine.
