What You'll Actually Do

What You Need
- A high school diploma
- At least six months of recent hospital, long term care, or medical work experience that gave you basic patient care knowledge related to multi skilled technician duties
- Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant program or Medical Assistant course; or two years of nursing school
- Fundamental computer skills and keyboard familiarity
- The ability to speak and write English fluently
- A demonstrated ability to communicate well, stay organized, and think critically on the job
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
