Arsenal Strength is looking for an External Sales Executive. This is a full time, remote role based out of Tulsa, OK with required travel. The title says it all ; you're an executive who sells, and you do it from wherever you work best.
This is a true hunter position. Nobody is handing you leads. You'll need to bring your own book of business and start generating revenue from day one. You'll prospect, cold call, and close deals in both residential and commercial markets. You'll work closely with the Sales Coordinator and the National Sales Manager to keep everything documented, tracked in the CRM, and compliant with company policies.
Your days will mix cold calls with site visits, in person product demos, virtual presentations, and the kind of relationship building that turns a one time buyer into a long term client. You'll attend weekly deal review meetings to talk through what's working and what's not, and you'll take part in team "hot seat" sessions where everyone shares what they're learning. You'll also coordinate with the Internal Sales Executives to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You'll Actually Do
- Generate new business through cold calls and relationship building
- Leverage your existing book of business to drive immediate revenue
- Prospect, pitch, and close new accounts in your assigned territory
- Meet and exceed your sales quotas and revenue targets
- Keep your CRM records accurate and up to date
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ; consultative support, not just order taking
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and regional growth
- Follow safety policies when you're on manufacturing floors
- Keep work areas organized to 5S standards
- Perform quality checks and take on extra duties as they come up
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of sales experience in the fitness industry ; this is required
- Proven B2B sales experience, also required
- Background working with a CRM system (preferred)
- Experience as part of a sales team (preferred)
- Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent follow up and relationship management skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Data entry proficiency
- Self motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
Schedule & Travel
This is a full time position, typically 8 to 9 hours a day, Monday through Friday. You'll need flexibility for extra hours and occasional weekend work when the deal cycle demands it.
Travel is required as needed. A travel allowance is provided for approved expenses, so you won't be out of pocket when you're on the road. Expect extended periods of travel, including both long car rides and flights.
