The Work

You'll work directly with commercial paint customers in Tulsa, OK at Store #704312, 479 North Main St., Akron, OH 44310. Your job is to figure out what they need, answer their questions about Sherwin Williams products, and recommend the right stuff for the job. You'll also handle customer concerns when they pop up ; quickly, so they walk out happy. You're expected to stay current on product features and keep the store looking sharp. Sales goals matter here, and you'll help hit them consistently. This is a full time position, paying $16.00/hour.

What You'll Do

• Figure out customer needs and recommend the right Sherwin Williams products
• Answer product questions clearly and confidently
• Resolve customer concerns right away to keep satisfaction high
• Stay up to date on product features and changes
• Maintain the visual standards of the store and its products
• Work toward meeting the store's sales goals consistently
• Handle cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value
• Interact with customers, which may include minors

What You Need

This role involves unsupervised access to cash, payment methods, electronics, personal info, and merchandise. Because of that, a review of your criminal history is required to protect the business, its operations, its reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, vendors, contractors, and the public.
