About This Role

What You’ll Actually Do Here

You’re the kind of therapist who wants to lead without losing the hands on work. In this role, you’ll help the Director of Therapy Operations keep the therapy team running smoothly. That means you’ll handle scheduling, help with orientation and training, and keep communication flowing between the occupational therapy staff and other hospital departments. You won’t be stuck in an office all day though. You’ll provide direct care to patients, building real relationships by understanding each person’s physical, mental, and emotional needs. You’ll help them recover and you’ll celebrate the small wins along the way. Those little victories? They’re the whole point.

What You Need to Bring

  • A current license or certification as required by state regulations.
  • CPR certification ; or you’re willing to get it within 30 days of starting.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.
  • At least three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership.
  • At least two years of clinical experience.
  • Active participation on the Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or any specialty professional certifications ; those are preferred, not required.

Benefits That Start on Day One

Your first day isn’t just about paperwork. It’s also when your benefits kick in.

  • Medical, dental, and vision plans that don’t break the bank ; available for full and part time employees and their families.
  • Generous paid time off that builds up as you work.
  • Tuition reimbursement and continuous education opportunities so you can keep growing.
  • A 401(k) with company matching and an employee stock purchase plan to help secure your financial future.
  • Flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts that fit your specific needs.
  • And a community of people who actually care about what they do.
