About This Role
Alright, let's talk about the job. It's a sales role at our office in Tucson, AZ. You'll be on site, so you need to be able to work from our facility there.
The Work
You'll be on one of two teams. The first is auto insurance sales, taking mainly inbound calls from people ready to buy. The second is wireless customer service, handling inbound calls for folks who need help with their accounts.
Your main focus is delivering great service on those calls. That means using your product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve issues, but doing it with genuine empathy. You're processing orders, updating accounts and records, multitasking effectively, and paying close attention to all the details.
What You Need
- At least six months of sales experience.
- You have to be 18 or older.
- A GED or high school diploma is required.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
The Schedule & Pay
This is a full time position working from our office in Tucson, AZ. Your career path here starts at $17.00 an hour. That's a $16.50 base rate plus a $.50 on site differential. And there's no cap on commission; what you earn is up to you.
