Requirements

A couple years of experience in retail, with at least one in a leadership capacity like a keyholder or assistant manager.
The ability to delegate tasks clearly and give constructive feedback to your team.
A calm demeanor when dealing with difficult situations or long lines at the register.
You need to be on your feet for most of your shift and able to lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further business education is a plus but not mandatory.
