What you'll actually be doing

We're looking for experienced Residential Service Plumbers at Parker & Sons in Tucson, AZ. This isn't a job where you sit around waiting for work. We're busy all year round, and you'll be handling real plumbing problems for homeowners. Your day to day will include diagnosing and fixing plumbing emergencies, doing water heater replacements and repairs, swapping out fixtures like faucets, tubs, showers, and toilets, clearing drains, and using conventional sewer machines competently. You'll also mentor our Plumbing Apprentices, so a willingness to teach is part of the gig.

What you need to bring

• A minimum of 2 years of residential service and repair experience, meaning you can diagnose and troubleshoot a normal plumbing system on your own.
• Leak location and repair experience is a plus.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail are important here.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
• You need to deliver exceptional customer service on every jobsite.
• You're comfortable working in hot, cold, or wet climates depending on what the weather throws at you.
• You can follow directions and also work independently without someone looking over your shoulder.
• Results driven in a high energy environment.

The compensation and benefits

We pay market value compensation, and you should expect to make between $80,000 and $120,000 a year or more. There's a robust PTO plan.
