Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute of Tucson is looking for a Physical Therapist in Tucson, AZ. You'll be working with patients who need inpatient rehab, helping them rebuild strength and mobility after illness or injury. There's a $10,000 sign on bonus attached to this role.

What You'll Actually Do

• Provide direct inpatient care to people who need physical therapy
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans
• Address patient concerns as they come up, adjusting approaches when needed
• Build real relationships with patients by taking time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs
• Support each patient's recovery journey and celebrate every victory along the way

Who You Are

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
• CPR certification
• Master's degree is preferred, but a Bachelor's degree plus sufficient experience in the field will also work
