IT Support Specialist

Hey there. I'm putting this listing together for a spot on our IT support team in Tucson, AZ. It's a real, on the ground tech job where you're the first line of help for people dealing with cable, internet, and router problems.

The Work

You'll be taking inbound calls. The person on the other end is usually frustrated because their Wi Fi is down or their TV service isn't working. Your job is to listen, figure out what's wrong using your training, and guide them to a fix.

It's problem solving with patience. You're updating customer accounts, processing service orders, and keeping good records while you talk. It requires focus; juggling the conversation with the system work; and a genuine desire to get someone connected again.

What You Need to Bring

• At least six months of experience in any customer service role.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• You must be 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

The training for this is serious. We're talking weeks, and it's detailed because the issues can be complex. You're learning a specific skillset. If you like digging into technical puzzles and explaining solutions clearly, this could be a great fit.

Schedule & Pay

This is a full time, onsite position at our facility in Tucson, AZ. You'll work 40 hours a week. The starting pay is $18.50 an hour.
