This is an in office sales job at our call center in Tucson, AZ. You're not making cold calls. You'll talk to people who are already interested, build a connection, and help them choose the right auto insurance coverage. It's about listening, advising, and closing the sale.

The Details

The base salary is between $41,000 and $47,000 a year, depending on your experience.

But that's just the start. There's a performance driven incentive plan on top of that. If you're good at this, you can earn up to an additional $60,000 annually. Top performers here make real money.

Got an active Property & Casualty or personal lines insurance license already? There's a $1,500 sign on bonus for you. Just ask about it when you talk to the recruiter.

What You'll Do

• Prepare insurance quotes for customers.
• Advise people on their coverage options.
• Convert those quotes into new policies.
• Use solid computer skills and handle multiple tasks at once throughout your day.

What We Need From You

• Some previous sales experience. You should know how it works.
• The ability to communicate clearly, both talking and writing.
• A comfort level working in a busy call center. It's high volume and moves fast.
• A commute to our office at 3050 South MLK Jr Way in Tucson for training and most of your work week after that.

The Schedule & Location

This isn't remote. Training is 100% in office at the address above. After training, it becomes a hybrid schedule: you'll work from the office four days a week and from home one day a week.
