What you'll do as a Dispatcher at GEICO

When one of our policyholders breaks down on the road, you're the person they reach. You'll help them get back on track by sending a tow truck or finding a locksmith. This is an in office role based in Tucson, AZ.

What we need from you

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Solid customer service experience where you've built trust and kept people satisfied
• Comfortable using computers ; Microsoft Office, email, web tools, database software, and typing without hunting for keys
• You can communicate clearly both on the phone and in writing
• Able to work in a call center that moves fast and stays busy all day
• Willing to take feedback and use it to get better
• Open to learning new things and shifting gears when priorities change
• Eager to explore different career paths over time

The schedule and pay details

The hourly rate is $17.00, which works out to $34,255 per year. This job requires you to work from the GEICO office at 3050 South Martin Luther King Jr Way, Tucson, AZ 85713.

Candidates must be able to commute daily. At this time, GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
