The Work

You'll handle inbound calls from wireless customers. They need help, and you're the one providing it.

  • Your main job is delivering great service; solving problems, answering questions, and just being helpful.
  • That means taking orders, updating customer accounts and records accurately.
  • You'll need to juggle talking with people while navigating different computer systems.
  • A big part of this is troubleshooting issues. You'll use your product knowledge to find solutions.
  • And there's a sales aspect. We expect you to look for opportunities to sell or upsell services while you're helping someone.

What You Need to Bring

We need someone who can talk to people and think on their feet.

  • You have to be a clear communicator and a good listener. Building rapport matters, especially when a situation gets tricky.
  • Staying positive when things are busy or stressful is non negotiable.
  • You're a problem solver who can make quick decisions.
  • Managing your own time and staying motivated without constant oversight is key.
  • A minimum of six months of experience in a sales role is required. You've got to have that foundation.
  • A high school diploma or GED is necessary.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

The Practical Stuff

This isn't remote. You need to be able to work at our facility in Tucson, AZ.

  • The pay starts at $17.50 an hour. That includes a 50 cent differential for working on site; the base rate is $17.00.
  • It's a full time schedule: 40 hours every week, with 8 hour shifts.
  • Schedules cover any day of the week, including weekends and some holidays. Shifts fall between 7:30 AM and 12:30 AM Eastern Time.
  • The training is paid. It involves two weeks for licensing, three weeks of product training, and four more weeks of continued training after that.
  • A background screening is part of the hiring process; passing it is required.
