Job Overview

This is a hands on role for someone who speaks the language of wood and music. As a luthier, you'll craft, repair, and restore stringed instruments, turning raw materials into functional art. Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements

• A steady hand and an ear for acoustics are non negotiable. You can hear a wolf tone and know how to address it.
• At least three years of professional bench experience in a shop setting is expected.
• Formal training through an apprenticeship or a specialized lutherie program is highly preferred.
• The job involves long periods of focused bench work and fine motor control. You'll be lifting instruments and working with sharp tools daily.
