As an American Family Insurance Agent in Toledo, OH, you operate as an independent contractor representing American Family and its products exclusively. What You'll Actually Do
- Manage your agency's overall operations, sales, and growth
- Hire your own staff and work with them to meet strategic business goals
- Offer American Family Insurance products alongside offerings from subsidiary partners
- Build a reputation in your community as someone who protects what matters most
What You Need to Start
- A Property and Casualty insurance license
- A Life and Health insurance license
- The ability to pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background check
- A strong work ethic and inner drive ; this takes time, energy, and commitment
- A demonstrated track record of success and eagerness to accomplish something big
