Unique Services is hiring an HVAC Technician for residential work in Tampa, FL. This isn't an entry level gig. It's for someone who already knows their way around furnaces, heat pumps, and AC units.

You'll diagnose problems, handle repairs, and do preventative maintenance in people's homes. The pay range is $50,000 to $100,000+ each year. Top performers can clear six figures based on how well they work. There's also a sign on bonus up to $3,500 depending on your experience and how the interview goes.

What You'll Actually Do

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems ; furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units ; then figure out what needs fixing
• Perform repairs, service calls, and preventative maintenance on those systems
• Spot system issues and recommend the right heating or cooling solution for each home
• Make sure every job meets company standards and local code requirements
• Talk with homeowners about what you found and what you're recommending. No jargon. Just clear explanations.
• Deliver professional customer service while you're working. That means showing up on time, being respectful inside their home, and leaving things clean.

What You Need to Bring

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience under your belt
• An EPA certification (or be ready to get one)
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• The physical stuff: working in attics, crawlspaces, lifting heavy HVAC equipment regularly
