The Gig in a Nutshell

We're EmVenio Research, and we bring clinical trial visits directly to people's homes. We hire, train, certify, test, and manage our own Registered Dietitians. No one else does it quite like this. If you want to make a difference on your own schedule, this is for you.

This is a per diem role doing virtual visits in Tampa, FL. You'll be part of our general staffing pool. No research experience? That's fine ; we provide on the job training and GCP certification.

What You'll Actually Do

• Perform the full scope of Registered Dietitian practices during virtual lifestyle counseling visits
• Help participants improve nutrition and dietary quality, work on mental health and coping skills, and build health behaviors that align with their goals
• Schedule appointments with subjects within the required appointment window
• Complete virtual visits for clinical trial subjects
• Work with the Clinical Project Manager and site personnel to finish visits and submit accurate source documents on time
• Stay up to date on the latest nutrition and food health news
• Tackle additional duties as needed

What You Need to Bring

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited dietetics program (if you took the CDR exam before January 1, 2024)
• A Graduate degree from an accredited dietetics program (if you took the CDR exam on or after January 1, 2024)
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• A current State Dietitian License or Certification in good standing (if your state requires one)

The Pay & Perks

• $46.00 per hour standard rate
• You also get paid for commute time, mileage, training, and administrative tasks
• On the job training provided so you don't need research experience going in
• You'll earn GCP certification through our training program
