This Data/Financial Analyst role sits inside our Commercial Finance team in Tampa, FL. You'll be the financial lead for pricing strategy across a key sales channel. That means you'll work directly with Commercial Sales, Plant Operations, Procurement, Product Development, Commercial Strategy, and Supply Chain. Your job is to build financial models, analyze costs, and use market insights to recommend prices that drive growth and profitability. You'll also support new product launches and customer bids. If you like solving messy problems, influencing people who don't report to you, and seeing your work matter, this is the job for you.

What You'll Actually Do

• Work with Commercial Sales to build pricing strategies and pro forma P&Ls for new products and competitive bids.
• Dig into commodity trends, manufacturing costs, and market dynamics to figure out pricing and margin impacts.
• Partner with Plant Operations and Supply Chain Finance to evaluate plant capabilities and cost drivers, then spot customer specific opportunities.
• Team up with Product Development and Procurement to understand ingredient and packaging costs, and explore cheaper alternatives that don't cut quality.
• Use structured pricing methods based on internal data, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Lead financial modeling and pro forma construction for new product ideas and customer proposals.
• Present pricing strategies and profitability insights to stakeholders at every level of the organization.
• Track revenue changes in price, volume, and mix across your assigned channels, then feed that into forecasts and budgets.

• You like working across teams and don't mind collaborating with people who think differently than you do.

What You Bring

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, revenue analytics, or commercial finance. If you've worked with sales teams or in a business partner role before, that's a plus. Experience in CPG or manufacturing is also a plus. Familiarity with pricing systems and the whole strategy to execution process? Another plus.

Working Conditions

You'll be based in the Tampa corporate office in Tampa, FL. Minimal travel. The work is primarily desk based with lots of computer time. High attention to detail is a must. Priorities shift frequently, so you need to stay focused and make good decisions under pressure.
