
About This Role
Let's cut to the chase. This isn't a job where you hope the phone rings. You'll have appointments already on your calendar, with homeowners who asked for someone to come out. Your job is to show up, present our solution, and close the deal.
What you'll do
Your schedule is built around homeowner availability. That means afternoons and evenings are when you work.
- You start your day connecting with your team, getting prepped and focused.
- Head out to your pre set, pre confirmed appointments. These start between 1 PM and 7:30 PM.
- You're in their home, doing a sales presentation and showing them the product.
- Our software handles precise measurements; you don't need to be a math whiz.
- You'll assess damage from a ladder or from inside the attic. We're clear on this: you don't get up on the roof itself.
- Then you negotiate and close. It's a one call close process.
What you need to start
- Zero sales experience? Zero construction knowledge? That's fine. We train you from the ground up.
- You must be available for those midday, evening, and weekend appointments.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation with auto insurance are non negotiable. You're traveling to people's homes.
The money & how it works
The earning potential here is very real. This is a W 2 position with commission as your primary income.
- The commission is uncapped, and you're paid weekly. The average payout per sale is $2,500, and that commission pays out before the installation even happens.
- On top of that, there are monthly bonus opportunities.
- To help you ramp up, there's a $3,000 Quick Start pay spread across your early intervals as you build momentum.
- The successful reps in this role earn between $125,000 and $250,000+ per year. That's not hypothetical; it's what our people make.
