RN Medical Team Administrator
Southern Health Partners is starting up medical services at the Vance County Jail in Suffolk, VA. We need a full time Registered Nurse to lead the team from the beginning. This isn't just filling a slot; it's building something. You'll help set up how things run clinically and define what good care looks like right from day one.
The schedule rotates opposite another staff nurse, so leadership coverage and care are always there. You get the structure of the facility environment, but with real professional autonomy. And you've got over 30 years of specialized correctional healthcare experience backing you up.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the Medical Team Administrator for this new site.
- Establish clinical workflows and set patient care standards.
- Provide leadership coverage on a rotating schedule opposite the staff nurse.
- Maintain continuity of care within the correctional facility.
What You Need
- A current RN license.
- The mindset to build and lead a new clinical operation.
The Details
This is a full time position with a rotating schedule. The pay is competitive, and there's a sign on and retention bonus on offer.
