Sheet Metal Worker

Job Overview

This is a hands on role for someone who likes to build things you can see and touch. As a Sheet Metal Worker, you'll fabricate, assemble, and install metal components for various projects in the Springfield, MA area. The work ranges from HVAC ductwork to architectural panels and custom fabrication.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and shop drawings.
• Measure, cut, bend, shape, and fasten sheet metal using hand tools, power shears, brakes, rollers, and welding equipment.
• Assemble fabricated parts into larger structures or systems on site or in the shop.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality against specifications.
