What this job is

We're filling a locum tenens Neuropsychologist role in Springfield, IL. It's a full time gig for 6+ months, and there's a real chance it could turn permanent if that's something you'd want down the road. The schedule is Monday through Friday.

The pay

$80 to $95 per hour.

What you'll actually do

This is a neuropsychology assignment in a hospital or medical setting. You'll be working with patients who need specialized cognitive assessments and evaluations. It's clinical work, not just paperwork.

What you need to bring

• A doctorate degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology with formal training in Neuropsychology
• Fellowship training in Neuropsychology ; they strongly prefer it, but it's not absolutely required
• An active Illinois Psychologist license ; they'd love if you already have one, but they can help with licensing if you don't
• Previous experience working in a hospital, medical setting, or rehabilitation facility ; again, strongly preferred
