The Job

So you want to get into real estate but you don't have any experience? That's fine with us. Cressy & Everett Real Estate is looking for motivated people who genuinely like helping others. You don't need a background in this industry to start. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

You'll learn how the market works. You'll figure out how to negotiate. And you'll have experienced agents around who actually want you to succeed. We give you the tools. You bring the drive.

What You'll Actually Do

• Walk clients through the entire buying and selling process. Every step, personalized.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to get terms that work.
• Build up your own network of clients and industry contacts over time.
• Stay in touch with clients after the deal closes. Good relationships keep you in business.
• Use real estate software and CRM tools to keep track of leads and transactions.
• Do market research so you know what properties are worth and what's happening locally.

What You're Working With

This is a full commission role. You earn money for each transaction you close. The more deals you do, the more you make. After a few years of steady work, it's common for agents here to pull in $50,000 to $100,000 yearly ; or more. Your income grows with your client base. Simple as that.
