What You'll Be Doing

You're the visual anchor for the store. Your main job is to translate company merchandising strategies into compelling, real world presentations that drive sales.

  • Execute major floor set changes and ensure the store adheres to the intended gameplan.
  • Solve daily merchandising puzzles based on architecture, current inventory levels, and your store's unique layout.
  • Constantly remerchandise product to react to sales trends, local weather, and what's actually in stock.
  • A big focus is on head to toe outfitting and accessorizing mannequins and displays to inspire customers and build bigger baskets.
  • You'll maintain all visual elements daily; mannequins, forms, strikepoints; keeping everything fresh and exciting.
  • Partner closely with the store team and your Field Visual Merchandiser, providing feedback on what's working and what isn't.
  • Lead weekly walk throughs with the Store Manager and Apparel ASM to align on visual priorities.
  • Use store performance data (KPIs) to make smart commercial decisions that boost sales, margin, and inventory turnover.
  • And it all comes back to the customer experience; everything you do contributes to an outstanding visit for every athlete who walks in.

The Stuff You'll Need

We need someone who gets it. You see a floorpad not just as a space to fill, but as a canvas. Here are the specifics:

  • An Associate's Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or Visual Merchandising is required.
  • You've got 1 to 3 years of hands on experience in visual merchandising. Experience in apparel (softlines) is a strong preference.
  • A solid grasp of retail and customer merchandising strategies is essential.
  • You're a problem solver who uses data and analytics to guide your decisions.
  • Juggling multiple projects and shifting deadlines independently is part of the gig; flexibility is key.
  • The role requires strong conflict management skills and an ability to negotiate solutions.
  • A working knowledge of customer service principles rounds it out; this is still a people business at its core.
