This is a hands on management role for someone who thrives in the rhythm of a restaurant. You'll oversee daily kitchen and dining room operations in Seattle, WA, ensuring quality, efficiency, and a great guest experience from the back door to the front door. Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage food costs, inventory ordering, and supplier relationships to hit financial targets.

- Handle staff scheduling, payroll coordination, and frontline training for both BOH and FOH teams.
- Address customer feedback directly and implement service recovery measures when needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local health department codes and safety regulations.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years in restaurant management, with direct P&L responsibility.
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, from prep to line cooking to expediting.
- A current food handler's certification; ServSafe Manager certification is a major plus.
- The stamina to be on your feet for extended periods during busy services.
- A calm demeanor under pressure; you're the person everyone looks to when the rush hits.
What It's Like In This Role
You'll split your time between the office for admin work and the floor during service. The team will rely on you for direction and support. Most places use some combination of scheduling software, inventory systems, and POS platforms you'll need to navigate. Expect a mix of early mornings for deliveries and late nights closing out shifts; it's rarely a standard nine to five week.
