About This Role
What we're building
Thriveworks is a clinician founded and clinician led mental health practice with 340+ locations and a hybrid care model that spans the country. Every year, we serve over 175,000 clients through more than 1.7 million sessions ; and those numbers keep climbing. We handle the billing, scheduling, marketing, and credentialing so you can focus on the actual work: delivering exceptional care to people who need it.
The role
We're hiring independently licensed clinicians who live in Utah and hold an active Oregon license to provide telehealth sessions. You'll have the autonomy to think about your own approach, but you won't be isolated ; this is a team environment. People here value openness, integrity, and doing the work well.
We're especially interested in clinicians who are willing to see 25+ sessions per week. Behavioral health generalists who are open to seeing couples or children (we'll support you there). People who might be interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles down the road.
What you'll bring
- An active and unrestricted license in Oregon as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist
- You live in Utah and are ready to provide telehealth sessions there
- A genuine commitment to quality care ; strong character isn't optional here
Compensation
Up to $112,000, depending on your license type, session volume, and any bonus opportunities you qualify for.
What we provide
- Guaranteed bi weekly pay ; no waiting on reimbursements
- Paid orientation and annual pay increases
- PTO and flexible scheduling, with hours available from 7am to 10pm, seven days a week
- No show protection, and we'll build your caseload within 90 days of credentialing
- We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing
- Health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, liability insurance, and disability insurance options
- 401k with a 3% employer match
- CEU reimbursement plus free in house training
- Opportunities for paid resident supervisory roles
- Monthly peer consultations and professional development
- A clear path for internal career growth and promotion
- An online and in person clinical community that actually feels like a community

They might text or call to schedule an interview. Any interview invitation will be over Google Meet ; never Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or another platform. We will never ask you to buy or send us equipment. If you see something suspicious, report it to infosec@thriveworks.com. Questions about the application process go to employment@thriveworks.com.
