What this role is about

Allied Universal® Event Services runs the crowd management and event staffing at thousands of venues every year. Think sports stadiums, concerts, festivals, and convention centers. They're hiring Guest Services Agents for Seattle, WA to work international soccer matches at Lumen Field. It's part time, pays $22 an hour, and you don't need any experience ; they train you on the job.

What you'll actually do day to day

• Help prep for events and get things set up before guests arrive.
• Collect tickets at the entrance, scan them, check wristbands and badges.
• Direct foot traffic in and out of the venue so everything flows smoothly.
• Greet guests with a natural, friendly tone ; smile included.
• Answer questions and give directions that help people have a better time.
• Say a sincere thank you when each interaction ends.
• Keep your assigned area clean and running well throughout the event.

The schedule and pay breakdown

$22/hour. Part time schedule that stays under 30 hours per week. Weekly pay. Shifts are flexible enough to fit around school, retirement life, or another job. You'll work international soccer matches at Lumen Field in Seattle, but they're open to applicants from nearby cities too. And yes ; overtime may come up now and then.

What you need to qualify

• At least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED works).
• Able to pass a background check plus a drug/alcohol test after they offer you the job; might also ask for a driver's record check.
• Good judgment ; you can make independent decisions on the spot without someone holding your hand through it.
• You write and speak clearly; communication matters here because you're talking with guests all shift long.
