What you'll be doing at the venue

This is an Event Staff position working international soccer matches at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara. You'll collect and scan tickets, welcome and usher guests, and provide customer service that makes a real difference in someone's night out. Directing foot traffic, keeping areas clean and organized, and making sure everything runs smoothly are all part of it.

• Help with event day preparation and execution from start to finish
• Scan tickets, check wristbands and badges, control who enters each venue area
• Know the policies and rules for different venues, facilities, and events
• Greet every guest with a genuine smile, natural speaking voice, and friendly tone as they arrive at your entrance or aisle
• Give guests helpful directions or suggestions so they have a better experience overall
• End every interaction with a sincere thank you

What you need to bring to this job

The qualifications here are specific. You need to meet them to be considered.

• At least 18 years old
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Able to pass a background investigation plus a drug and alcohol test after the job offer (a Driver's Record check may also be needed)
• Able work overtime when the schedule calls for it
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are a must; being professional with good independent judgment matters too

The pay and schedule details

The pay range is $20 to $25 an hour with weekly paychecks. This is part time work under 30 hours per week ; the scheduling is flexible enough that students or retirees could fit it around their lives easily.
