Requirements

  • You've managed a book of business or a client portfolio before, ideally for at least two years.
  • Experience using a CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot is necessary; you'll live in it daily.
  • A knack for translating technical details into clear benefits for non technical users.
  • The ability to stay organized when juggling multiple client priorities and internal projects.
  • This role involves frequent video calls and screen sharing, requiring sustained focus and clear communication.
