What This Role Looks Like

ARS Rescue Rooter is hiring a Brand Ambassador to work inside home improvement retail stores in Seattle, WA. You'll talk with shoppers about HVAC services ; think heating and air conditioning tune ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. It's a mix of hourly pay plus commission, so your earnings can climb as you get comfortable with the pitch.

The base rate is $22 to $23 per hour. With commission on top, most people here average between $20 and $30 per hour. Pay comes weekly via direct deposit.

What You'll Actually Do

• Engage with shoppers inside retail store locations and introduce them to ARS heating and air conditioning services
• Talk about HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and why a free in home consultation or tune up makes sense for their home
• Generate leads for residential HVAC service, installations, and system replacement consultations
• Educate homeowners on how energy savings and comfort improvements connect to their heating and cooling systems
• Schedule appointments for our HVAC service technicians or comfort advisors
• Keep a professional, enthusiastic presence that represents the ARS brand well

Who Fits This Role Well

You don't need HVAC experience to start ; we provide paid training. But you do need an outgoing personality and a willingness to start conversations with strangers in a retail setting.

• Retail, sales, or customer service experience helps but isn't required
• You can stand and walk during shifts without issue
• Weekend availability is expected; some holidays too
• A reliable car or transportation is necessary since this is in Seattle, WA
• A clean, professional appearance matters here ; you're representing the brand directly to customers face to face in stores
