The Job

This is a Server role at The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood community, in Scottsdale, AZ. You'll be providing food and tray delivery to residents in assisted living, the skilled care center, and memory support. That includes setting up and cleaning the dining room, maintaining service standards, and making sure meals are delivered on time with proper plate presentation.

What You'll Actually Do

• Serve residents, guests, and family members in the dining room
• Keep things clean using a "clean as you go" approach
• Maintain side stations and dining areas to meet health and hygiene standards
• Follow all food service policies and procedures

Schedule & Pay

Pay ranges from $16 to $19 per hour, depending on your experience. The schedule rotates days, with shifts from 06:00am to 02:00pm or potentially 10:00am to 07:00pm. Weekend availability is required. There are openings in the Health Center, Assisted Living, and Memory Support.

What You Need

• Prior customer service experience
• Prior experience in food service, fast food, or a restaurant
• Experience working with seniors is preferred, but not required
• A Food Handler's or ServSafe certification is preferred
• Availability that might include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Teens are welcome to apply (local regulations or restrictions may apply)
