What You'll Actually Do

• Help residents with daily activities and personal hygiene. That's the core of it.
• Answer patient calls and figure out what they need ; sometimes it's simple, sometimes it's not.
• Make sure residents eat right by keeping track of their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences. No guesswork.

What You Need to Bring

• A "can do" attitude. You're willing to go above and beyond when residents need you.
• You can work well on a team and also handle things on your own.
• You genuinely like older people. That's not negotiable.
• An Arizona Certified Caregivers License.
• A Food Handlers Card.
• 1st Aid and CPR cards.
• An Arizona Fingerprint Level 1 Clearance Card.
