What You'll Actually Do

Strip units of used linens and clear out all trash
Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks ; every inch
Report units as vacant and ready for inspection once you're done
Flag any maintenance issues you spot, like damaged carpets, dirty drapes, or furniture that needs attention
Let your supervisor know if supplies or inventory are missing
Handle weekly guest services cleans as directed
Keep storage closets clean and organized
Attend training sessions and actually apply what you learn
Work fast ; units need to be turned on time
Help solve guest complaints when they come up

What You Need

Housekeeping experience (hotel, resort, or residential) is preferred but not required
A valid ID; you'll need it for entry to the hiring event
Pass a background check
Weekends? Yes, you'll need to work them
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Can lift 25 pounds (we'll accommodate if needed)
Can read, write, and do basic math
Show up on time, every time
A real passion for cleanliness and a strong work ethic
Comfortable with irregular hours ; hospitality doesn't run 9 to 5

Work Environment and Physical Stuff

This job involves standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and repeating movements. You'll be around odors, dust, and cleaning chemicals. If you need an accommodation to get the job done, we'll work with you ; just let us know.

Park at the Registration building across the street from the Housekeeping office ; look for the MasterCorp flags near the roundabout.
