Dispatcher

The Role

MasterCorp is hiring a Dispatcher in Scottsdale, AZ. This role supports Supervisors and Housekeepers to hit quality and timeliness standards. It's a job where you keep things moving ; coordinating between teams, handling guest needs, and making sure units get turned on time.

What You Would Do

• Answer and coordinate all phone and radio calls
• Delegate tasks evenly between team members
• Record lost and found items and keep them stored safely
• File daily paperwork
• Keep a sense of urgency so units are turned on time
• Help with linen inventories and supplies when directed
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly
• Make guest deliveries as directed
• Assist resort guests and owners as needed

What You Need

• Proven experience communicating effectively with guests, site staff, and associates ; both in writing and verbally
• Proven experience with office equipment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Skilled at handling multiple tasks at once
• Skilled at making appropriate decisions
• Proven planning and scheduling capabilities
• Able to read, write, and do basic math
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Where You'd Work

This job operates in a professional office environment. You'd use standard office equipment like computers, phones, copiers, faxes, and filing cabinets. You'll also work in an operations environment ; that means odors, dust, and cleaning or laundry chemicals are part of the deal. MasterCorp management may ask you to do additional tasks beyond this job description.

Physical Stuff

This position requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Occasionally you'll need to ascend or descend stairs. Reasonable accommodations can be made for employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
