You drive a truck. You're not a company driver. You're a contractor running as a team with Roadrunner's lease purchase program, and you get to call the shots. Your gross potential for a team is up to $12,000 per week paid to the truck, and you earn an extra $0.20 per mile on top of published rates. Teams in this program average $8,000 to $12,000 per week. Base pay ranges from $1.05 to $3.50 CPM. All of this varies by job type, location, experience, and performance, and it's subject to change at company discretion.

The freight is 100% no touch. Drop and hook with preloaded trailers. No appointments to mess with. OTR lanes are set up so you spend your time driving, not waiting around. You're out as long as you want ; recommended 2+ weeks ; and you pick your own loads, routes, and home time. No forced dispatch. Period.

What You Actually Do

• Choose the loads you want from freight across 19 core locations

The Nuts and Bolts of the Lease Purchase

Low down payment to start ; $1,500. That's it. Truck payments start at $400 per week, and lease terms run from 30 to 84 months. You've got flexible truck options through partners like Lone Mountain, Arrow, and TEL. Pick a plan that fits your budget instead of being jammed into one size fits all equipment. Path to ownership is straightforward.

What You Need to Bring

• Valid CDL A license
• 1 year of verifiable experience
• Drivers are required to have inward facing cameras in the cab
