This Medical Lab Technician role is about running the tests that turn samples into results. Duties & Responsibilities

• Certification as an MLT(ASCP) or equivalent is strongly preferred; eligible new grads will be considered.
• Hands on experience with common lab analyzers is a big plus.
• The job demands prolonged standing, fine motor skills for pipetting, and visual acuity for reading results.
• A calm focus under pressure is essential, especially when stat orders come in.
