About This Role
Job Overview
This is a hands on role at the airport in Savannah, GA. Ground Service Agents are the people who make sure flights get out on time and passengers' bags go where they're supposed to. What It's Like in This Role
You're part of a ground crew that works in shifts. Mornings start early, sometimes before sunrise. Nights and weekends are normal. Things move fast when a plane lands ; you've got a tight window to get bags on or off. The work is physical, and you'll use radios to talk with the crew. It's not a desk job. It's loud and cold in winter, hot on the tarmac in summer. But the team tends to be close knit because everyone's in it together.
