This is a nursing role at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital in San Juan, PR. You're not just passing meds. You're using your skills to be part of a patient's entire recovery story.

We're an inpatient rehab hospital, part of a larger national company. The work here is specialized. You'll get to know your patients, help them set goals, and you'll see their progress; from small wins to big milestones. And you'll have some good technology to work with while you do it.

What You'll Do

• Supervise care treatments and lead patient assessments.
• Develop individualized care plans and address patient concerns.
• Build relationships with patients and their families to understand what they need for recovery.
• Work directly with patients, providing hands on care.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to make sure care is seamless.
• Act as a resource for other staff, especially when they have questions about more complex cases.

The Kind of Person We Need

A valid RN license for this state is mandatory. You also need current CPR certification; if you have ACLS, that's even better.

Ideally, you've already worked in a rehabilitation hospital setting for at least one year. If you're a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN), we definitely want to hear from you.
