Residential Sales Representative

The Job

Atlas Trillo Heating & Air Conditioning, part of American Residential Services (ARS), has been keeping homes comfortable for over 45 years. We're the nation's largest residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services provider with more than 7,000 team members. Right now, we need In Home Sales Representatives (we call them Comfort Advisors) in San Jose, CA to help homeowners replace and upgrade their heating and cooling systems.

What You'll Actually Do

You'll meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments to evaluate their current heating and cooling systems. Every lead is 100% pre qualified ; there's no canvassing or cold calling required. Here's the breakdown:

• Inspect existing heating and air conditioning equipment to figure out job scope and pricing. That might mean climbing into attics, crawlspaces, basements, or mechanical areas.
• Present customized replacement solutions with financing options during a one call close sales environment.
• Deliver professional consultations from start to finish, then hand the project off smoothly to our installation teams.
• Lead flow stays consistent year round, though it can swing a bit with seasonal weather demand.

This is a commissioned role with uncapped earning potential ; our reps typically earn between $100k and $250k+. You also get:

What You Need to Bring

No HVAC experience is required; we'll train you on that part. But here's what matters:

• Outside sales experience in a residential in home environment using a one call close approach
• A proven sales track record with competitive drive ; this role is built for closers who thrive on performance
• The ability to work weekends when needed
• Solid organizational skills for follow up after every consultation
• A working knowledge of MS Office products (mostly email and spreadsheets)
• The willingness to pass a pre employment drug screen, MVR check, and background check
