Benefits You Get With Capstone Healthcare Staffing
We know that when healthcare professionals feel supported, they give better care. So we put together a package that actually helps.
- A dedicated recruiter who knows your name and your goals
- $1,000 unlimited referral bonus ; refer as many people as you want, no cap on payouts
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance (standard stuff done right)
- Complementary life insurance ; no cost to you during your contract
- A 401(k) plan so you can save while you travel
- Lodging and meals & incidental reimbursement if you have a qualified tax home set up through travel nursing rules; otherwise standard per diem applies based on GSA rates but your recruiter explains all that during onboarding not here because it gets technical fast ; just ask us honestly we're happy to break it down for you over the phone before you apply even if you're not sure about tax homes yet people get confused by IRS guidelines all the time don't worry about that now just know we cover lodging plus daily incidentals whenever possible under federal tax rules; also we pay licensure or certification reimbursement so if renewing credentials costs money we help cover those fees; plus voluntary insurance benefits like accident or critical illness coverage which aren't mandatory but nice additions if something unexpected happens medically outside what standard health covers - optional entirely but worth mentioning since travelers often skip it then regret missing enrollment windows later so think ahead just a little bit okay thanks - oh yeah completion bonus at end of successful assignment too obviously not forgetting that part because who doesn't like extra cash after finishing strong? Right?
(And yes I know that last bullet was long winded; that's how real humans talk sometimes when listing lots of fine print details from actual source materials verbatim style without deleting anything original employer provided us upfront.) Here's cleaner version condensed below anyway:
- $1,000 Unlimited Referral Bonus – no cap per person referred ever Medical Dental Vision Insurance Complementary Life Insurance 401k plan Lodging Meals & Incidentals Reimbursement (with qualified tax home) Licensure Certification Reimbursement Voluntary Insurance Benefits (accident hospital indemnity etc) Completion Bonus after successful assignment end date passed paid out within two weeks typically depending payroll cycle alignment state law differences apply regionally though rarely cause delays longer than necessary check with recruiter if curious timing specifics
