Merchandiser

Alright, let's talk about this Merchandiser role. It's not a desk job. You're the one keeping the shelves full and looking good at stores around San Jose, CA. Think of it as making sure the product is ready for the customer, from the backroom to the display.

What you'd be doing

• Stocking shelves, refilling displays, and straightening up product.
• Helping with stock rotation and resets when planograms change.
• You'll be driving your own vehicle to different retail accounts throughout your day.
• The work involves a lot of moving: walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping are all part of it.
• You need to be able to lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48 pounds.

What you need to have

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• You must be at least 21 years old.
• A reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to get auto liability insurance that meets state laws are non negotiable.
• Some shifts might start early or include evenings and weekends; it depends on the territory.
• This is considered a safety sensitive position. A conditional job offer means you'll need to pass a drug test.

The details & what you get

The pay is $18 an hour. On top of that, there's a $3.20 per hour gas allowance for using your own vehicle. This is a full time position.
