Pay & Benefits

• $20.00-$21.25 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit

What You'll Actually Do Each Shift

• Build real relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving ; it's more than just tasks.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping so their home feels safe and comfortable.
• Provide personal care: assisting with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
• Use our mobile app to stay updated on schedule changes, client needs, and track your earnings in real time.

What We Need From You

• A willingness to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) ; consistency builds trust.
• Able to speak, read, and write basic English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements for San Jose, CA.
