What you'll get as a caregiver

What you'll do as a caregiver

The core of this role is building real relationships with seniors through companionship and compassionate caregiving. Some days that means sharing stories over coffee; other days it's more hands on.

• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties
• Provide personal care services like grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence
• Foster meaningful connections with each client ; consistency matters here

A quick note on scheduling: You need to be able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build those strong relationships we just talked about.
