Atlas Trillo Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring a Brand Ambassador for San Jose, CA. This isn't a desk job. You'll be inside a national home improvement retail store, talking with shoppers about HVAC services ; tune ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. You're the person who connects homeowners with professional heating and air conditioning consultations.

Pay lands between $20 and $22 an hour, plus commission. With commission, most people average $20 to $30 an hour. Schedule varies, but weekends are part of it. Both part time and full time opportunities are available.

What You'll Actually Do

• Engage with retail shoppers inside the store and introduce them to ARS heating and air conditioning services
• Promote free in home HVAC consultations, tune ups, and system replacements
• Talk about energy savings and comfort improvements through modern heating and air conditioning systems
• Schedule appointments for HVAC service technicians or comfort advisors
• Represent the ARS brand ; professionalism and enthusiasm go a long way here

What You Need

• An outgoing personality. You have to want to talk to strangers.
• A willingness to stand and walk during your shifts
• Weekend availability (some holidays too)
• A clean, professional appearance that represents the ARS brand well
• A reliable ride to get to San Jose, CA each day
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check
• The ability to attend weekly in office meetings at San Jose, CA
• Retail, kiosk, sales, or customer service experience? That helps but isn't required.
